The Amazon Leo Electrical Engineering team is responsible for architecture and development of satellite bus systems as well as working across payloads on design and development of complex communications systems. In addition to satellite systems, we also play a key role in the development of the Leo Customer Terminal.
The team delivers in multiple areas such as bus development, payload development, embedded SW, signal integrity, power, PCB development, and EMC test. The team includes hardware‑in‑the‑loop development for satellite systems to build out an extensive set of test systems for validated satellite systems.
The Amazon Leo Electrical Engineering team is responsible for the development, test, and integration of multiple satellite systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
