Maitre Sommelier

In this role, you will be the ambassador of our wine list, guiding our guests through a bespoke enological journey and ensuring impeccable and personalized service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Experience Creation: Delight guests with exceptional wine and beverage tasting experiences, creating memorable and personalized moments.
• Service Excellence: Ensure impeccable customer service, anticipating guests' needs and resolving every request with professionalism and courtesy.
• Wine Consultancy: Offer expert advice on our vast wine selection, guiding guests to the perfect choice to pair with dishes and their preferences.
• In-depth Knowledge: Possess a deep knowledge of wines, including their origin, organoleptic characteristics, and the best food-wine pairings.
• Inventory Management: Contribute to the management of wine inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure harmonious service flow and a complete gastronomic experience.
• Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service, paying attention to every detail.

Requirements

• Knowledge of wine and beverage service
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills; ability to effectively lead and motivate team
• Professional experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant within the same role
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and find effective solutions to issues that may arise
