COSTING CLAIM MANAGER

Our Claim Management department is looking for a Costing Claim Manager to be included within its organization in Milan office, no assignment to project teams is foreseen.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

Together with the other colleagues of the Claim Management dept., the Costing Claim Manager will:

• Grant assistance to Contract Manager and Subcontract Administration Manager, to the various Tecnimont’s operative projects, to define, prepare and manage costs impacts and claim pricing for Client, Partners and Construction Subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Project Control function to identify, define and quantify the costs related to change orders e claims.
• Collaborate with technical functions and legal, in the integrated claim team constituted by technicians, lawyers and planning specialists, to define the correct evaluation and quantification of the time impacts, change orders and claims.
• Evaluate the opportunity to integrate the Subcontractors’ changes and claims toward Clients / Partners and vice versa.

Personal Attributes:

• Previous experience as Costing Senior Engineer or Project Control (at least 6 years experience in EPC Projects, both in Construction Site and Home Office);
• Solid knowledge on forecasting and capability in understanding criticalities and main variances to analyse and predict the closing results of the projects;
• Fluent English speaker and writer;
• Professional use of Microsoft Office tools;
• Want to work in team
• Pro-active approach to solving problems;
• Self-motivated, energetic and tenacious;
• Attention to details, accuracy and ability to multitask;
• Availability to travel for short and long period
