Job Summary
The Event Coordinator supports the Event Manager and wider Events team in ensuring the smooth execution of conferences, banquets and group events. This role involves assisting in the preparation of event documentation (e.g. BEOs), coordinating logistical needs with operational departments, and ensuring excellent communication between the client and hotel departments.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction.
