Quality Lead (Construction) - Data Center

As a Quality Lead Project Manager (Data Centre) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. Your role involves managing project quality delivery, aligning team objectives, business processes, vendor strategies, and cross-group collaboration with the Data Centre Development Project Strategy. This ensures effective client relationship management and efficiency in quality assurance and control.

In this role you will :

1. Be a visible onsite leader, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
2. Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultant, and contractor teams, including scheduling and partner engagement.
3. Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
4. Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with the client for improvements.
5. Lead and participate in meetings to monitor progress, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate impacts.
6. Ensure adherence to project procedures, making reasonable efforts to observe them.

We would love to hear from you if you :

1. Have over twenty years of experience in data centre construction/project management with increasing leadership responsibilities.
2. Possess a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
3. Have experience in Hyperscale Data Centers or large-scale industrial/mission-critical projects.
4. Are passionate about building and developing global teams through mentoring, coaching, and training.
5. Thrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive environment.
