About the role

Milan.Monks is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to contribute to an amazing team of Monks working for the best‑in‑class clients out there and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. If you’re a fast and flexible go‑getter who jumps on new opportunities to create impactful work, this job represents the sweet spot.

Responsibilities:

  • Photo and Video creation/editing: produce and edit high‑quality videos and photos that align with our client’s brand aesthetics and storytelling goals and content editing via mobile native apps as CapCut, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Data Analysis & Creative Supervision: perform data analysis to monitor KPI achievements and provide creative supervision to ensure high‑quality outputs.
  • Planning & Listening: proficiency with scheduling tools and social listening platforms (e.g. Sprinklr) to monitor brand sentiment and trends.
  • Create and execute successful multi‑channel social media Editorial Plan (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels).
  • Community Management and UGC content curation.
  • Collaborate with other departments (creatives and accounts) and external partners (clients) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Build close‑knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.

About you

The essentials:

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising or agencies as SMM or Community Manager.
  • Minimum 1‑year experience in content creation.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Curious and always seeking opportunities for creative content.
  • Always up to date with new communication and creative trends on social media platforms.
  • Proficient in photo and video production and editing, particularly via mobile apps.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
