About You
You are an experienced DBA with a strong MongoDB background, comfortable with high‑performance database operations and optimization. You enjoy tackling complex database challenges and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience in MongoDB database management, including manual builds, replica set configurations, and sharded cluster management.
- Experience with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB is a plus.
- Proven ability to fine‑tune performance, implement optimal solutions, and manage upgrades.
- Comfortable working independently and challenging the norm to improve database efficiency.
