The Associate Global Product Manager role is located in Europe (Leiden, Netherlands; Lyngby, Denmark; or Milan, Italy) with other IFF locations considered globally.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
The purpose of the Associate Global Product Manager is to support the optimization and implementation of key aspects of the product lines on a global scale within the area of brewing and beverages. This role involves close collaboration with the operations team, Regional Industry Leaders, regulatory, and Global Product Managers to ensure seamless integration and execution. As an integral member of the Food & Beverage Biosciences team, you report directly to the Vice President Food and Beverage Biosciences.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams on new product initiation, implementation and changes within IFF systems to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain product documentation to reflect changing regulatory approvals (QA letter, label/PD with QA/Reg, follow up SAP code setup, certifications).
- Own information platforms, data sources and manage data quality for the portfolio.
- Lead sampling process improvements.
- Execute analysis on SKU rationalization and carry out rationalization according to agreements with the Global Strategic Product Managers.
- Monitor margin development of the portfolio and work with Global Strategic Product Managers and the Supply Chain Organization to execute product margin optimization plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, supply chain, business administration, international business or a related technical field.
- Minimum of five years product / project management experience in a matrix organization with a strong technical and/or commercial focus.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Computer literacy – Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP, Sharepoint, ShowPad, SalesForce, Tableau, Power BI etc. would ease the onboarding process.
