Purchasing Specialist RTW role at Staff International

Responsabilità

Richiesta prezzi ai fornitori ed inserimento listini a sistema;
Invio e follow up ordini di con relativo inserimento a sistema;
Supporto ed inserimento anagrafiche fornitori;
Inserimento conferme ordini con relativa verifica corrispondenza articoli/prezzi/quantità;
Relazioni commerciali con fornitori italiani ed esteri – richieste ddt/fatture;
Controllo giornaliero avanzamento MRP;
Creazione DIBA semilavorati;
Richiestainformazioni e certificazioni sulla sostenibilità dei materiali ai fornitori;
Analisi per preparazioni forecast acquisti materie prime;
Eventuale gestione di resi per merce non conforme.

Requisiti

Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in ruoli similari preferibilmente in aziende del tessile/fashion;
Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
Buona conoscenza lingua inglese;
Precisione ed organizzazione;
Attitudini analitiche;
Ottima capacità di relazionarsi in team e con i fornitori;
Conoscenza di Stealth 3000 e PLM;
La conoscenza e l’utilizzo di SAP sarà considerato un Plus.
