Energy manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Manager to join our team and lead our energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing energy usage across our facilities, helping us reduce costs and achieve our environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement energy management strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce consumption.
• Monitor energy usage and analyze utility data to identify trends and opportunities for savings.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments across sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, facility management, procurement, and sustainability teams to implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national and international energy regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend energy-efficient technologies and renewable energy solutions.
• Support ESG reporting and contribute to corporate sustainability goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in energy management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of energy systems, energy efficiency technologies, and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 50001, energy audits, and energy performance indicators.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
