Documentation check related to "Anti-Money Laundering" legislation
Management of preliminary activities for the property sales
Drafting and management of business reports
Coordination with the notaries/brokers/customers
Requirements
High School Diploma or Degree
Excellent communication and listening skills
+2 years of previous experience in notary offices or in the real estate sector
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and software related to the role
Commercial attitudes in communicating with the customer
Flexibility, dynamism, ability to work in a team
