  • Documentation check related to "Anti-Money Laundering" legislation
  • Management of preliminary activities for the property sales
  • Drafting and management of business reports
  • Coordination with the notaries/brokers/customers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Degree
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • +2 years of previous experience in notary offices or in the real estate sector
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and software related to the role
  • Commercial attitudes in communicating with the customer
  • Flexibility, dynamism, ability to work in a team
