We are seeking a BIM Modeler / Coordinator proficient in ARCHICAD for a full‑time, on‑site role located in Milan. The BIM Modeler / Coordinator will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing detailed building information models to assist design and construction projects. Daily tasks will include generating accurate construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role involves coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) data across various disciplines, including architecture and MEP systems.
Qualifications
Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in ARCHICAD software
Strong skills in architecture and the ability to work effectively on detailed design projects
Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling and coordination
Proven ability to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred
