Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches (High-End) team, based in Rome, we are searching for a High-End Watches Merchandising Specialist.

Reporting to the High-End Merchandising & Operations Senior Manager, this role aims to ensure the effective merchandising and distribution of High-End Watches by aligning product strategies with brand objectives and market needs, optimizing stock across boutiques, and supporting sales performance through planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job responsibilities

  • Implement merchandising strategies for High-End Watches collections, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and markets’ needs.
  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of High-End Watches pieces across boutiques, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to define proper guidelines for each boutique and ensure consistency in visual presentation across all retail point of sales.
  • Monitor and prioritize daily market requests related to product availability and sales support, ensuring swift and consistent responses aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to maximize stock optimization allocated to the selected boutique network.
  • Review and analyze weekly delivery schedules from the Watch Business Unit, identifying and communicating relevant changes to Markets and/or Sales Teams to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Coordinate maintenance and refurbishment activities on High-End Watches, working closely with the Watch Business Unit Operations team to guarantee timely reallocation.
  • Oversee product allocation to Business Partners following events or fairs, ensuring efficient distribution according to availability and business priorities.

Profile

  • University degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably within the watch sector and in roles supporting sales or commercial operations.
  • Strong planning and project management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of PowerBI is considered a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and markets.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is considered a plus.
