Project Manager - Aerospace Sector (relocation Madrid)

Overview

Project Manager – Aerospace Sector (relocation Madrid) role at TMC. We are looking for a PM for an aerospace project who is available to relocate to Spain (Madrid).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the development of electronic bench projects
• Manage work progress, monitoring timelines, costs, and budget
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders between Italy and Spain
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
• Support risk management activities and continuous improvement efforts

What We Expect From You

• Degree in Electronic/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the aerospace/defense or industrial sector
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Native Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of technical English
• B1/B2 Spanish (mandatory requirement)
