Junior/Senior/Manager Tax Consultant - Corporate Tax Advisory

Location: Italy - Milan, Verona

Our client is a leading global professional services firm specializing in tax, finance, and consulting services. They provide strategic guidance to multinational organizations, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize international operations.

General Responsibilities

• As part of the Corporate Tax Advisory team, contribute to a wide range of tax advisory and compliance projects in collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Provide advice to businesses at all stages of the tax life cycle (national level).
• Deliver tax consultancy on direct taxes (IRES/IRAP).
• Support extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, demergers, transfers and disposals of companies, transfers/exchanges of shares, etc.).
• Assist with tax optimization in domestic corporate reorganizations and advise on Italian tax issues.
• Prepare tax return templates and support compliance processes.
• Support audit colleagues with tax area reviews.
• Assist with tax issues related to the internationalization process of companies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics.
• Solid knowledge of Tax Law.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• 1-5 years of experience in corporate tax advisory or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage corporate tax projects such as reorganizations, direct tax compliance, or extraordinary transactions.
