Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Italian-speaking professional to join us as a Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor, you will address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e-mail and phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation support: offered for international candidates

It includes:

• €1,000 to €2,000 signing bonus
• Relocation assistance (flight reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e-mail and phone calls.
• Provide Italian-speaking customer support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers.

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer-Centric or Sales Attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer skills
