The Training internship in the organization of contemporary art exhibitions role is a full-time on-site position located in Venice, Italy. The role will be responsible for assisting in the organization and coordination of contemporary art exhibitions. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in the design of exhibitions, coordinating logistics, liaising with artists and clients, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contemporary art and exhibition management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Experience in event planning or project management is a plus
• Flexible work schedule, including some weekends and evenings, is required
