Location: Italy (with occasional responsibilities in other international markets)

Contract Type: Consultancy agreement

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts across Italy, with occasional projects in other international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast‑paced, competitive environments and is passionate about building long‑term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities
  • Maximize product sales and market penetration across the region
  • Develop and manage long‑term client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Explore and execute strategies for market entry and expansion
  • Represent Hangsen at trade shows and promotional events
  • Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Gather customer insights and conduct market analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand growth (Brand, ODM,
    OEM)
  • Support and guide junior sales staff where applicable
  • Develop pricing strategies and assist in proposal creation
  • Execute promotional campaigns and on‑the‑ground sales activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of business and sales experience (FMCG background advantageous)
  • At least 1 year experience in the vaping or related industry
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Italian
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and handle multiple clients
  • Strong sales track record in fast‑paced, competitive environments
  • Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Valid driver's license required
