Working Student Project Manager / PMO (all genders)

We are hiring a Working Student Project Management Officer to join our project team in Munich. You will report directly to the project manager and support various projects with different levels of complexity. You will serve as the business key contact and act as an interface between business and IT.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

1. Support the Project Manager in managing projects, including stakeholder relationships and deliverables related to time, cost, and quality;
2. Participate in cross-functional working group sessions to translate business requirements into system specifications;
3. Assist with the functional documentation of customer business requirements;
4. Support user acceptance testing and address questions, issues, and defects;
5. Manage expectations and satisfaction of clients, project sponsors, and stakeholders.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO FULFILL YOUR ROLE

1. Currently pursuing a university degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields;
2. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
3. Ability to work effectively with management and as part of a team to meet targets;
4. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
5. Strong attention to detail;
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
7. Business proficiency in English and German is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
