Principal SAP Recruitment Consultant - Finance Process Expert (FI/CO) - S/4HANA Programme

Role: Finance Process Expert (FI/CO) – S/4HANA Programme

Location: Europe (Hybrid/Remote with occasional travel)

Industry: Global Manufacturing

Contract: Freelance/Interim

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and design of future-state Finance & Controlling processes
• Map end-to-end processes across SAP and non‑SAP activities
• Assess cross‑functional impacts across Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other areas
• Identify organisational changes required (roles, responsibilities, ownership)
• Provide external best‑practice insight and constructively challenge existing ways of working
• Support Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, process documentation and governance
• Collaborate closely with the SI, internal teams and senior stakeholders

Experience Required

• Deep Finance & Controlling process expertise
• Hands‑on S/4HANA transformation experience
• Strong workshop leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to challenge design decisions and guide teams towards best practice
• Experience with Signavio (highly desirable)
