Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor with relocation & 1.000 bonus – Elemental Insights. Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work model: Remote (must be in Portugal or relocate). Relocation support offered for international candidates. Includes: €1.000 to €2.000 signing bonus, relocation assistance (flight reimbursement), option to have accommodation included.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e-mail and phone calls for Italian-speaking customers.
• Provide a positive and seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer-oriented or sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
