Ennova Research is looking for an Administration Specialist to handle administrative tasks related to tendering procedures in both the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify tenders and market offers through dedicated portals.
• Verify requirements and feasibility.
• Prepare necessary administrative documentation for participation in tender procedures, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines outlined in the Tender Specifications.
• Monitor deadlines and schedules.
• Submit tenders electronically and/or via traditional paper submission.
• Monitor the award process.
• Request access to tender-related documents.
• Manage procedures in case of awards, including contract signing, renewals, and guarantees.
• Register and update Supplier Registers and manage accreditation with public and private entities.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023).

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of E-Procurement systems and regional procurement systems for Public Administrations.
• Knowledge of the Acquistinretepa portal of the Public Administration (MEPA), Agreements, Framework Agreements, and Dynamic Acquisition System.
• Familiarity with the ANAC portal and related procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or related fields (preferred).
• At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate services.

• Precision, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, collaborative attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.
