Responsabilità principali

  • Definizione autonoma delle priorità SEO e gestione del backlog operativo
  • Proposta di interventi correttivi e ottimizzazioni basate su insight data-driven
  • Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività dell\'agenzia SEO
  • Monitoraggio e aggiornamento delle evoluzioni degli algoritmi e delle best practice.
  • Partecipazione attiva alla definizione della SEO roadmap annuale e dei budget di canale insieme all\'Head of SEO
  • Comunicazione efficace con stakeholder interni ed esterni per l’adozione delle best practice
  • Supporto al team di acquisizione per la definizione della strategia di crescita del traffico

Requisiti

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito SEO, preferibilmente maturata in contesti ad alta competitività (gambling, betting, finance o settori affini).
  • Approfondita conoscenza SEO tech (crawlability, indexing, architettura del sito)
  • Esperienza avanzata in keyword research, ottimizzazione semantica e analisi della concorrenza
  • Ottima padronanza di tool come Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs e Screaming Frog
  • Conoscenze di base di HTML, CSS e gestione CMS (WordPress, Drupal)
  • Capacità di analisi dei dati e reportistica avanzata
  • Familiarità con best practice UX e web performance
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo trasversale con team content, sviluppo e design
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

Formazione

Titolo di studi: Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Informatica, Ingegneria gestionale, Statistica o discipline affini. Master o corsi di specializzazione in SEO e Digital Marketing.
