Role and responsibilities

• Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain;
• Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions;
• Training users on the implemented solutions;
• Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption;
• Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in the HCM field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and proven experience using the Talentia management system;
• Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server);
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs;
• Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Results‑oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams;
• Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken;
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Familiarity with Success Factors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.
