Within the UTP Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing, managing, and evaluating UTP positions in the portfolio;
• Conducting Business Planning and financial modeling related to restructuring operations;
• Reporting activities, cash flow cascade analysis, forecasting, and budgeting;
• Participating in negotiations with investors and other stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• A degree in Economics and Finance;
• At least 3 years of experience in restructuring and deal advisory roles within Big4 teams, corporate finance boutiques, servicers, SGRs, or banks;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
