Job Description

Energy Pool is a global pioneer in energy flexibility management, with a unique model that combines strategic advisory, proprietary EMS / PMS technology, and direct access to energy markets as BRP and BSP.

Our Segments

  • IPP (Independent Power Producers) – optimization and valorization of renewable and hybrid generation assets.
  • C&I (Commercial & Industrial) – supporting clients in their decarbonization journey, through the creation and valorization of flexibility as a new source of efficiency and economic value.
  • Islands – supporting microgrids and island networks in their transition to clean and independent energy.

Your Mission

As Technical Sales – Energy Optimization & Multi-Market Access, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the Italian market and promoting innovative energy solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the C&I segment.
  • Promote and sell advisory services, energy management systems (EMS / PMS), and flexibility solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, from Energy / Facility Managers to CFOs and General Managers.
  • Analyze client sites to identify new sources of flexibility and optimize energy performance.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, conduct technical and commercial negotiations, and close contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Energy Managers, Operations, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to sales targets and portfolio growth while positioning Energy Pool as a trusted energy optimization partner.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in technical sales (ESCO, utility, OEM, aggregator, BSP…).

Good understanding of EMS, PV self-consumption, BESS, CHP, demand response, and flexibility markets.

Ability to translate technical opportunities into business value.

Excellent command of Italian, with good technical English (French is a plus).

Entrepreneurial mindset, rigor, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
