Your role

We are looking for a HSE SPECIALIST who will redesign Integrated Management System.

Main Responsibilities

• Review existing documents (manuals, procedures and operative instructions)
• Check consistency of documents to reflect the real practices
• Alignment where necessary with EL group standards
• Design and manage a sharepoint dedicated to HSE topics
• Create and manage sites and pages
• Organize and publish content and documentation
• Use web parts, document libraries, and permission settings

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering or “Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro”
• Excellent written communication skills in Italian, with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Academic experience in writing technical documentation or structured reports is a plus.
• Interest in Standards for Management systems, in particular ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 are a plus)
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, workplace safety standards is a plus.
• Good command of Microsoft Office 365 tools
• Fluent English
• Willingness to learn and solve problems independently
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
