Junior Project Leader - Ingegneria Industriale

Joinrs is hiring a Junior Project Leader in the Industrial Engineering team of Gruppo Amadori. The role is a formative contract requiring a technical degree and focuses on designing, monitoring, and managing industrial plant projects in the food sector.

Responsibilities

• Support to Design: Actively collaborate in defining plant and layout solutions, learning to meet project objectives.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Acquire skills in monitoring project progress with a focus on time and cost, supporting the preparation of periodic status reports.
• Technical Support: Provide support to the team and suppliers, following the activities from the execution phase to the commissioning and final testing of the plants.
• Cross‑Functional Relations: Manage communications and relationships with various company functions (production, procurement, maintenance) and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related titles). Focus on Industrial Plant studies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Problem‑solving capability.
• Interest in project management methodologies.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Basic CAD usage (even at university level).
• Excellent Office (Excel, PowerPoint) usage.
• Availability for short work trips in a training and professional growth context.
