The property features 39 unique rooms furnished with antiques, a 1,200-square-meter spa, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage, a mountain restaurant, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec. It also boasts an award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, a circular vegetable garden, and bakery, and is part of the Relais & Châteaux association.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating daily operations, supervising accounting management.
- Overseeing table setup and service.
- Participating in room service and managing the team.
- Recording orders, attending to guests, and ensuring attention to detail.
- Supervising room preparations for various services.
- Replacing the Maître as needed.
Qualifications required:
- Diploma or Degree.
- Sommelier certification (e.g., AIS, FISAR).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of wines at national, territorial, and international levels.
- At least three years of experience in similar roles within gourmet restaurants, 4- or 5-star hotels, or Relais & Châteaux establishments.
- Excellent communication, management, leadership skills, customer orientation, and team working abilities.
