Requirement Engineer - Financial Sector

B&A Consulting, a Software House and Media Agency specializing in ICT & Digital Strategy, is seeking a Requirement Engineer for a financial project.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA)
• Knowledge of AGILE methodology, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in the finance industry, preferably in market infrastructure post-trading
• Understanding of EMIR regulations
• Excellent command of the English language

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and organized environments
• Clear communication skills and result-oriented attitude

Career Opportunities:

Contract: CCNL Commercio. Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of €35,000 to €40,000 annually. Collaboration via P.IVA is also considered (€290-€350/day).

Location: Rome (hybrid model with two days per week remote)
