WizBay is a members-only e-commerce platform for curated luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. We collaborate exclusively with verified boutiques and authorized brand representatives to deliver premium flash sales to a private audience across Europe.

Role: Partner Integration Specialist

We are seeking a Partner Integration Specialist based in Milan to join our team full-time. This role is central to expanding WizBay’s curated network of luxury fashion boutiques and authorized brand representatives. You will research and connect with premium boutiques across Milan, represent WizBay in meetings with brand partners, and ensure seamless integration of their collections onto our platform.

In addition to partnership development, you will provide virtual assistance and ongoing support to sellers—guiding them through product uploads, compliance checks, and maximizing their presentation on WizBay. The role combines relationship building, research, and operational support, tailored to the standards of luxury fashion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach high-end boutiques and authorized brand reps in Milan.
• Represent WizBay in meetings with luxury partners.
• Assist sellers virtually with product uploads, compliance, and platform tools.
• Conduct research on luxury fashion trends, boutiques, and potential partners.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to maximize partner success.
• Ensure premium presentation of partner brands on WizBay.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
• Ability to work independently in Milan and remotely with international teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
