We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and seek passionate professionals with a drive for innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols
• Be familiar with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Balance security measures with user experience
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features
• Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support financial services clients by advising and delivering security solutions
• Deliver high-quality presentations and plans on time
• Create and monitor metrics to evaluate product security and efficiency
• Develop insights from data sources to improve market understanding and competitive intelligence

Other duties may be assigned as the role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required :

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
• Passion for innovation and financial services
• 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English
• Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, and customer orientation skills
