We are looking for a Junior Loyalty & Influencer Coordinator to support daily operations across creator seeding, brand workflows, platform management and community support. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive and eager to grow in the creator and social media space.
Brand & Content Operations
- Support BAU activities and day‑to‑day coordination.
- Assist with seeding support and product distribution workflows.
- Support brand onboarding and help oversee launch plans.
- Assist account executives with influencer approval processes.
- Manage content organization and contribute to content calendar creation.
- Provide basic copywriting support when needed.
Strategic & Creator Support
- Contribute to simple strategic thinking and proactive improvements.
- Support creator upskilling, especially when engagement performance is low.
Community Support
- Conduct creator outreach on the platform.
- Support platform moderation and community management tasks.
- Assist account management with light operational tasks.
- Respond to tagged posts and provide customer support when needed.
Platform Operations
- Support uploading of activations on the platform.
- Assist with validation checks to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage basic email communication to keep the community active.
- Support user tagging and organization of creator data.
- Help close and archive campaigns once completed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Interest in creator economy, influencer marketing and social media operations.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and basic copywriting ability.
- Familiarity with digital platforms or project tracking tools (e.g., Notion) is a plus.
