Position Summary

Provides administrative support and assistance to the Milan Office Partners, Associates and Trainees.

Duties And Accountabilities

• Prepares documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
• Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to, the preparation of written correspondence and documents using in-house and external style documents.
• Manages the calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and conference calls and arranges for complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
• Keeps client contact details and lists up-to-date.
• Reviews and prepares bills and expense reports for travel and entertainment. Submits vouchers for payment. May also prepare and track personal expense information.
• Assists with the preparation and distribution of monthly reports to all partners and Firm management.
• Maintains effective and accurate filing systems (both for hard copy and electronic documents).
• Prints, prepares and collates papers ahead of meetings.
