Base pay range
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 29 January 2026

Shift Model
- Initial schedule: 12‑hour hoop (Monday–Sunday)
- Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00
- Future schedule (date TBC): 24/7 operation with rotative shifts
- Two rotating days off
Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist fluent in Italian and English to manage paid campaigns, support digital marketing operations, and collaborate closely with clients in a fast‑paced environment. This is an on‑site role based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality campaign performance.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign metrics.
- Support clients through a contact centre environment.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in paid campaign management.
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company.
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
- Excellent customer service–oriented skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in Italian + English.
