Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer support in Italian via chat, phone, and email.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues as required.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systems.
  • Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the service team.

Requirements

  • Native / fluent proficiency in Italian, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good English for collaboration with international colleagues.
  • Previous customer service / support experience is desirable.
  • Professional, confident, and adaptable, with the ability to work remotely.
