Responsibilities
- Supporting in the redefinition of reporting and compliance models, with a focus on digital enablement
- Designing and implementing Workiva-based solutions to enable integrated and auditable financial reporting, automate the financial close process, support ESG data collection and disclosure, streamline internal controls and risk management workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation traceability
- Supporting change management through training sessions for Workiva implemented solution adoption
- Preparing functional documentation and contributing to the evolution of digital reporting strategies
Qualifications
- Have a master's degree in Economics or STEM subjects
- Have 2+ years of experience in consulting or digital transformation roles
- Are familiar with Workiva (Wdesk, Wdata, ESG modules) and their application in finance and compliance (Workiva Specialization Training certifications are a plus)
- Have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study or work experience abroad
- Are a problem solver, never lose sight of your goals, and have strong interpersonal skills at work and as part of a team
- Have a desire to take on challenges and are comfortable in tough situations where leadership abilities can make the difference
