Diesel is a worldwide organization, present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

We are currently looking for Client Advisor Part-time 24h to join our Diesel Store in Padova.

Responsibilities

  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Be a master at storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Prove brand and product knowledge
  • Ensure and maintain high standards of the shop floor and visual displays, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a handcrafted experience to achieve the best sales performance

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus; passion for retail, client service and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
  • Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution
