We're partnering with a mission-driven start-up with a plan to help make systemic positive changes to an industry that needs it. With a rapidly growing presence, this company is at the forefront of developing eco-friendly products that aim to restore ecosystems, reduce carbon emissions, and support sustainable farming practices.


As a Sales Lead , you will be responsible for driving market growth within your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise and network, you will build a pipeline of clients, ranging from farmers and distributors to large agricultural enterprises. Your ultimate goal will be to secure long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets


Key Responsibilities



  • Market Development : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities within the agricultural sect or.

  • Client Acquisition : Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, trade shows, and strategic outreach.

  • Relationship Manageme nt : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s products effectively .

  • Sales Strategy Execution : Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Negotiation : Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards

  • Client Education : Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients, addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits

  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and client interactions, providing regular updates to the management team


Qualifications



  • 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry.

  • Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, including bio-stimulants and crop protection products.

  • Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and another European Language (Italian or Spanish)

  • Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools.

  • Experience selling to the local regio ns - Italy and Spain


Location : Remote, based in Italy or Spain


Compens ation : 50,000 Euros a year base + commission
