We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support the definition and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies across Europe. The role covers Stellantis brands as well as external partners, acting as the link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, with the dual goal of driving sales growth and accelerating the energy transition.
This position is the voice of the customer within our European HQ teams (Product, Process, R&D, Digital, etc.), ensuring our offers truly meet market needs. You will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager Europe and collaborate with both local country teams and the wider European organization.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or industrial engineering.
1 year of experience in either brand / product management, upstream / downstream marketing, and integration sales required.
Knowledge of, or strong interest in e-mobility, charging solutions and related technologies.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with flawless writing skills. Proficiency in French or Italian, in addition to native language, is a strong asset.
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, with proven ability to create clear and structured deliverables.
Appetite for working with digital tools and CRM / ERP platforms: Magento, SAP, Salesforce or similar.
Strong customer orientation: able to deeply understand field needs and translate them into concrete actions and clear messages.
Solution-driven mindset: comfortable navigating complex processes, finding alternatives, and removing blockers.
Resourceful and proactive: eager to “clear the path”, search for information, reach out to the right people, and build internal networks.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong communication and coordination skills across international teams.
Work location: Paris (Poissy), Milan or Turin.
Hybrid working (an average of 3 days per week in office).
