AWS Professional Services partners with customers to design, build, and operate AI solutions that deliver business outcomes. A Delivery Consultant – ML will innovate, design, and build native, business‑critical AI solutions using AWS services such as Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and the broader AWS AI/ML ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Invent and build AI solutions that solve complex problems, scale globally, guarantee performance, and enable breakthrough innovations.
• Use AWS AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock), ML platforms (SageMaker), and frameworks (MXNet, PyTorch, SparkML, scikit‑learn) to help customers build AI/ML solutions.
• Guide customers through planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives while collaborating with AWS Sales and Service Teams.
• Lead AI/data projects from inception to production, including data aggregation, exploratory analysis, model building, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with other Professional Services consultants (GenAI, Big Data, IoT, HPC) to operationalize customer models and ensure continuous improvement.
• Contribute to enhancing AWS services by sharing best practices, frameworks, and artifacts with the community.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an ML practitioner with hands‑on implementation of ML systems, building, validating, and deploying GenAI models.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a business environment with IT platform implementation in a highly technical or analytical role.
• 3+ years of experience handling large datasets and strong software development skills with proficiency in Python and one additional language (e.g., Java, C#).
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices with practical hands‑on application and strong interest in AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience with AI/ML technology stack of AWS and generative AI trends, patterns, and anti‑patterns.
• 3+ years of application development experience with serverless technologies and training distributed ML models on CPU and GPU hardware.
• Experience serving ML models through real‑time APIs and deploying production‑grade machine learning solutions on public cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of vertical use cases for large language models in industries such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
