Within the Installation Business Unit in the product marketing team and reporting to the Global Solution Marketing Manager, we are searching for a candidate able to drive the innovation and guide the markets in achieving the ambitious GEWISS goals.
In this strategic role, you will own the full lifecycle of our products, from vision and development to launch and customer success. You'll collaborate globally to shape solutions that deliver real customer value, drive revenue and margin growth, and support GEWISS long‑term market vision.
This position involves local and international travel.
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business development.
A genuine interest in the electrotechnical sector is required to be able to deeper understand the product needs and properly execute the main responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of customer business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions.
Ability to work in a team and influence collaborators at all levels of the organization.
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
