What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Data collection and analysis to implement standard times for performing laboratory tests, optimizing operator time and improving process
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve the targeted OPEX KPIS within the laboratories, especially implementing new OPEX projects in the Incoming Materials Chemical Laboratory
• Operative tasks supporting standardization and continuous improvement processes/activities
• Monitor the transfer of knowledge and identify best practices
• Implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology
• Cross-functional collaborations and reporting data to the Opex team

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. management engineering, chemistry or pharmacy)
• Empathy and excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills
• Analytical and Project Management skills
• Fluent both in Italian and English
• Excel knowledge
