What you’ll be doing

• Profitable sales growth by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area;
• Development and expansion of a customer structure in the target area;
• Development and implementation of successful service and sales strategies;
• Competent advice and support for customers throughout the entire product presentation and product launch process;
• Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month;
• Actively participate in trade shows and other industry events;
• Actively provide market insight, to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs to provide other areas within the organization;
• Identify, set up and organize additional / alternative distribution channels;
• Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with management;
• Develop promotions and actions to grow specific categories, regions or segments;
• Involve the distribution network in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators);
• Ensure that sales support tools are in line with market needs;
• Manage implementation of payment terms, credit limit and collection of receivables;
• Actively collaborate with Sales Order Processing team;

What’s needed for you to thrive

• Graduation in any discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B service and sales;
• Experience in Hospitality sector is preferred;
• Fluent Italian is mandatory, good English or other European Language will be considered a plus;
• High customer and service orientation;
• Enjoy working with our customers;
• Solution-oriented personality;
• Professional and competent;
• Establish credibility and trust by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customer business and needs;
• Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload;
• Ability to contribute positively to a dynamic team;
• Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence others;
• Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results;
• Team player;
• Open to diversity and inclusion and to work in multicultural environment;
• Available to travel up to 50% of working time;
