Stage opportunity in the Recruitment & Selection department focusing on the Engineering and Property & Construction area.

Company: mid‑size HR consulting firm with a strong presence in Business Services. Location: Turin.

Responsibilities

• Screening of candidates for the company tutor.
• Searching and selecting candidates using internal database.
• Reporting on projects followed.
• Supporting tutor in data analysis, identification of new commercial contacts, and opportunity scouting.
• Assisting tutor in all operational phases: candidate search, phone contact, individual interviews.

Candidate Profile

• University degree.
• Interest in strategic consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and management tools.
• Team orientation and results focus.
• Good command of English.
