The **Territory Manager**is responsible for the supervision of his/her sales district and respective sales/turnover. He/She optimizes customer service and increase the acquisition of new customers. In addition, he/she is an operational manager responsible for the quality of service provided to main customers after product implementation. Works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction through the awareness and ongoing development of work processes Implement national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in collaboration with BUD, BDM and PMFrom 6 years of experience in a Sales role in Medical Devices industry Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement) Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field Experience in CMF & NS will be ideal Experience working in the operating room Role details: Based Location: Milano area, Bologna area, Verona **What We Offer:** **Flat hierarchies and responsibility.**Through flat hierarchies, we strengthen the initiative and willingness of our employees to take over responsible tasks.
