Role Description (Responsibilities)

We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional who will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting the team in presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients, while fostering long‐term relationships.
• Executing account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
• Collaborating closely with the team to develop tailored commercial proposals for clients.
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow‑up.
• Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and business expansion.
• Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors.
• Assisting management in the oversight of day‑to‑day operations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the design industry.
• Fluent in English and Italian; native English preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long‑term relationships with international clients.
• High level of adaptability and a strong desire to learn, with openness to ongoing feedback from management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is considered a strong plus.
