In order to strengthen our sales department in Italy, we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven and eager-to-win

  • to join our team in Milan.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, in this position you will work with our Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to drive new business across the Country, managing the full sales cycle. Targeting new logo companies in the North of Italy, you will be entitled to build a consistent pipeline of prospects and to successfully deal with our Partners’ network, with the aim of achieving Sales quota target.

  • Core responsibilities
  • Increase sales of software licenses by independent acquisition of new customers.
  • Manage and own the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Qualify and manage leads provided by the Marketing team to a successful closure
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging Marketing team, as well as through outbound territory development
  • Work effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success
  • Manage and drive multiple simultaneous sales cycles effectively
  • Understand the functions, features and USPs of BOARD solution and be able to effectively communicate these to prospect and customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at Management and C-level, encourage the search of new potential partners and the support to the existing ones
  • Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales, preferably in the CPM / EPM or BI space
  • Broad experience in managing complex sales cycles targeting the Office of Finance, IT Dept., S&OP Dept. on client side
  • Proven experience in successfully leveraging a Partner and Alliances network
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC opportunity management
  • Keen to learn the BOARD software and willing to highlight the benefits coming from our solutions
  • Knowledge of Financial processes
  • Familiarity with Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting processes, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Management, and Financial Reporting
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar fields
  • Ability to develop and manage trusted C-level relationships
  • Entrepreneurial, self‐starter, team-minded and resilient
  • Competitive with hunter‐mentality
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
