Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Fluency in English is a must, with Italian and another language also required

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable first impressions and deliver world-class service to discerning guests as part of the front-of-house team.
• Assist guests with seating, information about hotel facilities, and directions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a warm, attentive service standard throughout shifts.
