Role Overview

The Supply Domain Management Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning, ensuring optimal alignment between procurement, sales, and inventory. This role supports demand planning, order fulfillment, and inventory control, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory turnover, and timely delivery of orders.

Core Responsibilities

• Utilize the company’s PSI tool to manage procurement, sales, and inventory, with strict control over inventory turnover indicators.
• Customer Demand Management: Align with product project schedules and resource availability, and communicate with sales teams to confirm a reasonable demand plan for the upcoming six months (N+6).
• Release regional PO orders, coordinate production and resources, manage weekly production, anticipate risks, and follow up to ensure on-time factory order delivery.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory turnover and clearance of End-of-Life products, accelerate turnover efficiency, and achieve turnover targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
